Absolute Executive Search are delighted to be partnered with this Legal 500 Firm who are looking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor into their Team. The Firm focus on building long-term relationships with their clients and have a strong regional reputation as well as many of their Partners often sharing their knowledge in national conferences and seminars. The role is a varied position ranging from M A #39;s, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, corporate governance, restructuring and mergers and Intellectual Property licences. Requirements of the Role:- Corporate Solicitor with 3yrs+ PQE. Good experience of running a caseload with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills at all levels. Good attention to detail. Strong IT skills. Experience in marketing, networking and business development activities. Hours - Flexible/Hybrid offered.
