My client is seeking an experienced Protection Advisor to join their growing team on an employed, remote basis. Our client is a well-established and customer service focused Mortgage provider who work with a respected market-leading estate agency; and they are looking for a talented, ambitious Employed Protection Advisor to join their team. What is on offer Basic Salary up to GBP30,000 (DoE) OTE of GBP60,000+ in your first year Fantastic Uncapped Commission scheme High quality lead source from new existing mortgage clients Full admin support Flexible, full-remote working Key responsibilities for this Protection Advisor role Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their priorities Be proactive to follow up on ALL leads and work through them to gain business Be able to spot opportunities to review existing cover Provide exceptional client care and guide them through the application process, ensuring a stress-free experience Stay up to date with protection products to ensure best advice Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards at all times Skills and experience for this Protection Advisor role To be successful in this role, you should have: Minimum of 18 months rsquo; experience as a Protection Advisor (working with mortgage leads preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both face to face over the phone Ability to work independently and manage your own leads Good track record of achieving and exceeding targets, ensuring clients are adequately protected Adaptable to the ever-evolving protection market How to Apply: Contact Details: If you are interested in this role as a Protection Advisor please send your CV to (url removed) or call me on (phone number removed).
