We want someone with at least 6 months plus Recruitment experience. In essence someone who knows that they want Recruitment and has the basics in place. We want someone who is financially motivated and who believes they will be able to bill 20k in a month on perm or contract. Why? If in any month you invoice 20k in a month your commission uncapped will be 30% of it. If you want to buy that house, go on that holiday, buy that thing or live that lifestyle then you need to be paid well. Our typical billers earn 80-120k as a reference. We don #39;t mind what market you come from but want someone keen to learn and work in Engineering, Manufacturing, Energy or Science as they #39;re the desks we are looking to grow.
