We are looking for somebody who can work collaboratively and partner across the business to deliver accurate specifications and artworks and address customer queries and requests for information. This role is based on 4 days per week and, 8.30am - 5pm, 2 days per week is required in the office and the other 2 can be home based * Build relationships with customers, artwork houses and printers to ensure effective project delivery. * Work cross functionally with NPD, Brand and our manufacturing sites to ensure that all specifications and artworks are accurate. * To support the information for internal specifications and their verification. * Provide accurate specifications that meet customer requirements * Accurate sign off of customer artworks * Support the business with advice on food legislation, regulations` and nutritional matters. * Write electronic finished product private label and brand specifications manage the artwork process for the sites. Checking and signing of artwork and packaging as required inline with critical paths, customer and legal requirements. * To assist with any Customer requests and information requirements. * Provide the sites with relevant information on legislation, regulations and export/import requirements Qualifications * Degree or equivalent in Food Science or related discipline or appropriate experience * Experience in retailer specifications systems * Great at building relationships internally and externally * Diligent and attention to detail * A drive to succeed and ldquo;hands on rdquo; approach * Good understanding of the manufacturing process. * Microsoft Computer literate What we offer you in return * 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays (pro rota) * Matched pension scheme * Cycle to work scheme * Canteen * Free parking * Staff discount / staff shop * And plenty more
