Responsibilities: bull; Take ownership of building designs from conception to completion bull; Engage in client liaison and coordinate meetings bull; Manage project finances efficiently bull; Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships bull; Coordinate and oversee consultants and contractors involved in projects Requirements: bull; Background in consulting or design, preferably with CIBSE accreditation bull; Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience bull; Strong organisational skills and ability to thrive under pressure bull; Excellent communication and presentation abilities bull; Proficiency in AutoCAD and IT skills bull; Valid driver #39;s license bull; Demonstrated project management skills, including specification and report writing Westin Par values diversity and promotes equality.
