This role is a fixed-term contract for 12 months The role of Aftersales Consultant involves the following key responsibilities: ? Responsible for hitting monthly targets for equity loan /or staircasing completions ? Communicate regularly with customers to keep them up to date on transactions ? Read and interpret leases and legal charges and give effective advice to customers and other key internal and external stakeholders ? Keep up-to-date records within Salesforce CRM system ? Ensure compliance with FCA AML regulations ? Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure transactions are completed in a timely manner ? Keep up to date with relevant legislation and product developments ? Handle first-stage complaints, collate all required information, and provide appropriate response to the customer What you #39;ll need to succeed ? Experience and good knowledge of the Equity Loans /or staircasing process and shared ownership product ? Proven experience of hitting sales targets ? Proven experience of providing excellent customer service and handling challenging customer situations ? Practical knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations and FCA legislation ? Ability to work with minimum supervision and to extremely tight deadlines. ? Excellent communication skills and attention to detail ? Educated to GCSE level C (or equivalent work experience Please note :- we do not currently offer visa sponsorship. What?s in it for you?
