What You #39;ll Do Working within our commercial team as a Business Development Manager, you #39;ll be the driving force behind our continued expansion. Here are some of the tasks that you will be delivering from day to day. * Sighting new business prospects and nurturing existing relationships * Promoting the company rsquo;s products/services and working with our clients to deliver seamless solutions. * Strategize and execute plans that align with our growth objectives. * Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure seamless service delivery. * Keep your finger on the industry pulse, staying informed about market trends and competitors. * Work with our Bid Team Manager to deliver commercials and hand-crafted and compelling proposal solutions. * Represent EES Solutions at industry events and networking opportunities. * Track performance metrics and pivot strategies as needed. * Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. * Have experience of managing the day-to-day sale pipeline activities including proactively updating sales, revenue, and invoice data. * Provide trustworthy customer feedback at all stages of the sales process. * Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. * Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
