Engineering Supervisor We currently have a position available for an experienced Engineering Supervisor for one of the local area #39;s largest and most successful manufacturing businesses Our client is a worldwide supplier of precision manufactured products provided to several of the globe #39;s largest industries. As Engineering Supervisor, you will provide experience within production and R D, leading and supporting project teams on continuous improvement of existing processes. Key responsibilities as Engineering Supervisor: You will be involved in the new product design reviews, offering input for improvement in the manufacturing process and work flows. Lead and nurture a multi-skilled manufacturing engineering team to produce and implement growth, increasing capacity and reducing costs. Be involved with creating programs and instructions to allow manufacturers to meet customer requirements. Have a focus on continuous improvement.Experience required as Engineering Supervisor: HNC/D in Engineering Mechanical engineering or apprentice trained with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in this area. 2D and 3D CAD, Ideally SolidWorks Organised, high attention to detail.
