Electrical supervisor

Electrical Supervisor required by leading Housing maintenance contractor based West of Glasgow. The electrical supervisor role is mainly focused on a compliance aspect. The post holder will be expected to look after a team of electricians carrying our responsive/reactive maintenance, void repairs and cyclical testing (EICRs). The successful individual must have experience in being a qualified supervisor and will be responsible for counter signing test certificates. The minimum qualification for the role would be to hold the approved electrician grading, however it would be desirable to have the city and guilds 2391 or equivalent. The main purpose of this role is to be the responsible person for delivery and compliance of electrical services on behalf of the contractor. This includes supervising, coaching, and mentoring trade operatives and supporting excellent service delivery through responsive, planned, and cyclical work programmes. The role will also include running non-M E related planned maintenance programmes. A full Driving license is essential. On offer is a basic salary of GBP39900. 38 days holiday a 37 hour working week, an excellent pension scheme with employer contributions rising to 10%, van plus fuel card and ongoing training.
