Senior Quantity Surveyor l Joinery Sub-contractor l London This Senior Quantity Surveyor role is with a large specialist sub-constructor specialising in carpentry and joinery packages for major Tier 1 contracting projects. For this highly successful sub-contractor you will be working on major projects in London on major joinery and carpentry packages from GBP1m to GBP20m in value. For this Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you must have worked for a joinery sub-contractor on major tier 1 contracting projects. An example of the scale of projects this leading company is working on is a GBP120m+ office building in Liverpool Street and a GBP170m new build residential tower in Vauxhall. If you have a great depth knowledge and experience of Quantity Surveying on Joinery packages this role would give great career progression to one of the best companies in the field. A UK Quantity Surveyor qualification is essential and you will be eligible to live and work in the UK without sponsorship.
