The Company: One of the leading manufacturers in the UK Global presence with a multi-billion-pound turnover Very high staff retention Best in class training development The Role of the Internal Account Manager Working hours are 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm Hybrid working in the office 2 days a week (Wednesday Thursday) Selling a range of medical gases, associated equipment, engineering services new digital products and solutions, incorporating market leading digital cylinders and cylinder tracking systems Selling into the Private Hospital Groups A key purpose of the role will be to design and execute customer strategy programs, including pricing strategy and value-added proposals. This will ensure that you meet portfolio revenue and profitability targets via the retention and growth of business with existing customers Being a proactive and self-motivated learner is important, especially in utilising CRM systems, is vital. Proficient use of technology like Sales Force enhances efficiency, data management and facilitates strategic decision making, contributing significantly to your effectiveness in this role To act as the central point of contact for the customers regarding commercial, sales and service performance.
