Internal recruiter

Job: Internal Recruiter Location: Halifax Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP35,000 (depending on experience) Hybrid working: 3 in office, 2 from home, Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment plans Source candidates through various channels Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews Liaise with and manage recruitment agencies Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process Stay up-to-date on recruiting trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment and onboarding strategiesBenefits: Company pension Free parking Health wellbeing programme Life insurance On-site parking Sick payEducation: GCSE or equivalent (required)Experience: Recruiting: 5 years (preferred) Onboarding and training (preferred)Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required)All applicants must live within a maximum 45-minute commute to Halifax
