Revit technician

Revit Technician Ref:BM216 This is an exciting opportunity for a Revit Technician to join a well-established building services consultancy on a range of multidiscipline projects in their offices in St Albans. Role responsibilities include: Work alongside mechanical, electrical, and public health design engineers and help deliver on a range of multidiscipline projects Take designs produced by engineers and translate this into architectural models using Revit software Develop 2D drawings that coincide with RIBA Wok Stages 1 through to 5 Coordinate MEP services with building structures and other related servicesThe ideal candidate will have: Have a relevant building services degree or related technical qualification Relevant experience within a Revit MEP Technician role Good understanding of the Building Services industry and UK building regulations Excellent communication and presentation skills Full UK driving license and live within a commutable distance to the St Albans officeBenefits of the role include: Competitive salary Private medical insurance 25 days annual leave plus bank holiday Hybrid working Pension schemeIf This role interests you or if you are interested in searching for other roles relating to sustainability please feel free to contact Ben Moore on (phone number removed) or email (url removed).
