This role is to commence in September 2024. Our Management Trainee programme lasts two years and will give you the opportunity to go on a series of placements in departments such as operations, commercial, estimating and technical. What #39;s more, you rsquo;ll also be given the opportunity to gain a qualification in Construction as part of the programme! This can lead to a number of fulfilling career opportunities or be used as a step towards a range of further academic development options that lead to a career in the Construction industry. All that we ask is that you are at least 18 years of age and hold GCSE Maths and English at grade A* to C / 9-4. GCSE Science at grade A* to C / 9-4 as well as A Levels at grade A* to C is highly desirable, but by no means essential.
