Telesales executive client growth

Telesales Executive - Client Growth - Telecoms sector. Part-time. Salary GBP24,000 p.a. pro rata with OTE GBP36,000 p.a. pro rata. We are looking for a new team member for our extremely successful Renewals Team to cross-sell telecoms, gas, and electricity to our existing business customers. Our office is in the scenic town of Bridgnorth, Shropshire (less than 30 minutes rsquo; drive from Telford, Wolverhampton, and Kidderminster). *Although preferred, no experience in telecoms or the energy sector is necessary as full training will be given* What you want to know: * It rsquo;s flexi-hours ndash; 25 hours per week over 3-5 days (school hours friendly). * You enjoy going to work as it rsquo;s a great atmosphere. * You will be office based. * You will receive world-class on-going sales training. * Job progression available. Key skills we look for: * You have experience in Account Management / Renewals / Post-Sales. * You have excellent talking and listening skills. * You have a motivation to succeed. * You are willing to learn. * You have a natural curiosity to ask questions. * You are a natural lsquo;people person rsquo; good at building and maintaining warm relationships with our customers. The role: * Liaising with and supporting the Renewals Manager. * Calling existing customers regularly to maintain relationship and update contracts. * Cross-sell our portfolio of other services such as broadband, voice communications and energy.
