Reporting to the Sales Director, this Business Development Manager opportunity is a client facing position which is an integral part of KPI rsquo;s ongoing growth strategy. This is a fast-paced role, giving you the autonomy to grow your network of prospects and sales pipeline. You will be expected to identify and nurture client relationships at all levels. What will the role involve? Build a strong sales pipeline of potential clients with significant temporary recruitment requirements Identify decision-makers and qualify leads gained from your network and the wider business Actively promote KPI Recruiting through social and personal networks Work with Marketing to implement the sales marketing strategy and maximize opportunity Lead client-facing sales meetings, providing presentation material where appropriate Fulfil sales targets set by the business including new visits and financial targets Keep all sales activity up to date on the Aspire database Report sales pipeline activity weekly to the Sales Director Provide branch support, when needed to enable the successful delivery of KPI rsquo;s sales cycle Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of the recruitment market and legislation Liaise with the Operation ensuring a smooth and professional handover of new business wins Negotiate contracts and rates with clients in line with the company rate schedule What we would like to see from you: Full UK Driving license is essential to be considered for this role Business development or sales experience is essential Recruitment experience is preferred Ability to build rapport quickly within both a telephone and face-to-face environment Have a natural ability to persistently motivate yourself ndash; self-starter Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and time management Commercially minded with high-level attention to detail and strong organisational skills A great team player, with a sense of humour!
