Business Development Manager (Audio Visual) London / Hybrid Salary: GBP60,000 - GBP80,000 | OTE: GBP80K - GBP100K 24 days annual leave + bank holidays + car allowance The Company: At the forefront of meeting room technology, our company provides expert advice and exceptional customer service, which keeps our clients coming back. With over 200 employees across multiple international offices, we are now focusing on expanding in the UK and seeking experienced technology salespeople to accelerate this growth. The Role: Using a compassionate and consultative sales approach, you will provide clients with tailored solutions to meet their needs. This role is heavily focused on new business and requires a salesperson with a true hunter mentality, unafraid of cold outreach and innovative methods of generating leads. You will have a team of highly experienced designers and a support team to handle quoting, procurement, and schematics, allowing you to focus on what you do best: selling! Key responsibilities include: Developing sales strategies and innovative methods to generate new business Onboarding new clients and managing their accounts to maximise profitability Consulting with prospective clients to understand their needs Attending networking events, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and opening new doors Effectively communicating clients #39; vision with internal teams Essential Qualities and Skills: At least 3 years of sales experience in the AV industry Confident new business hunter with a proven track record of meeting targets Full UK driving licence In return: If successful, you will receive an annual salary of GBP60,000 - GBP80,000 with on-target earnings between GBP80K - GBP100K. You will also have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with only 1 day in the office and 24 days of annual leave plus bank holidays. A car allowance will be provided, and essential equipment, including a phone, laptop, and home working setup, will be supplied
