Main Purpose of the Role: As the Registered Manager, you will hold ultimate responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring a high-quality level of care that promotes the rights and development of young people. You #39;ll lead a team of care workers to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs of the young residents. Comprehensive knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures. Relevant Diploma Level 5 or equivalent, or willingness to work towards it.
