Speech and Language Teaching Assistant | Brent, HA0 | Full-time | GBP95-GBP110 | ASAP Start LTF Recruitment are seeking a dedicated Speech and Language Teaching Assistant to join our partner school in Wembley. As a Speech and Language Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students in Key Stage 3 who have speech and language needs, providing tailored support to enhance their communication skills and overall educational experience. Key Responsibilities: Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to develop speech and language skills. Implement individualised education plans in collaboration with speech therapists and teachers. Assist in creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. Provide guidance and support during classroom activities and assessments. Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.Requirements: Experience working with students with speech and language needs preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting student learning.
