Day to day, you rsquo;ll be successful in this role by: As a Facilities Services Assistant, you #39;ll play a pivotal role within facilities management and front-of-house duties. Working closely with a team of 17, you #39;ll report directly to the Facilities Services Team Leader. * Reprographic and general administration tasks * Managing incoming and outgoing post * MFD/printer management * Post room duties and courier arrangements * Providing excellent customer service to visitors * Efficiently handling telephone calls * Hospitality arrangement for meetings and event support The candidate: * Previous experience in a similar role * Attention to detail and a commitment to health and safety are essential. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must, along with a passion for delivering quality service. * Proficient in IT Salary: GBP12.28 per hour Apply today and start immediately
