Manage your own client portfolio, handling end-to-end processing across various pay frequencies and year-end reporting. Establish quarterly objectives, conduct individual meetings, facilitate team gatherings, and train new team members. Ensure team performance aligns with KPIs and provide backup support for other payroll managers when needed. Supervise adherence to client policies, SLAs, and regulatory requirements regarding deadlines, security, etc. Assist the team with intricate queries, advanced payroll tasks, and process enhancements. Initiate small-scale projects to improve payroll functions and contribute to recruitment efforts. What You #39;ll Require: Essential experience in either bureau or client settings. Previous managerial experience. Consistent employment history. Profound knowledge of statutory payments is crucial. Proficient in payroll systems operation.
