The residential Childcare support Workers will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people residing in the residential homes. Key Responsibilities: Providing day-to-day care and support in accordance with inidividual care plans. creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environments for children and young people. |Collaborating with collegues, extenral agencies, and families to ensure the well-being of each child.
