Role of Luxury Travel Customer Relations Executive: * Help customers regarding pre-travel, in-resort, and post-travel concerns through our helpdesk platform. * Take ownership of formal customer complaints from their initial acknowledgment to their final resolution, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and guidelines. * Extend support to guests during operational incidents, offering assistance even during out-of-hours periods. * Process customer cancellations according to company policies and terms conditions, ensuring adherence to established procedures. * Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity. * Strive to deliver exceptional customer service, as evidenced by high customer satisfaction ratings and positive reviews across various platforms. * Collaborate with the customer relations manager to identify opportunities for process improvements, both internally and for enhancing the overall customer experience Skills required for the role: * Proven experience in a similar customer relations role within the travel industry. * In depth travel industry product knowledge. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Strong customer focus and empathy * Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills * Able to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving skills.
