Service Coordinator Nottingham GBP26,250 Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 Site Based 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays Main Purpose of a Service Coordinator- Our client is looking for a Service Coordinator to be responsible for managing incoming calls, workforce planning and reactive maintenance work coming through from external clients Reporting to the FM Administration Lead, to work as part of the Contract Management Team, carrying out the duties below. Duties and Responsibilities of a Service Coordinator- middot; Working within the existing team, to support our midlands service region. middot; Planning booking-in of Planned Preventative Maintenances (PPM) visits. middot; Coordinating response to Emergency Callouts. middot; Scheduling organising Reactive Remedial Works. middot; Actioning all Customer queries and requests in a timely manner, escalating as required. middot; Liaising efficiently with Customers, Service Engineers, and the wider team. middot; Raising processing supplier subcontractor purchase orders. middot; Developing and maintaining knowledge of all relevant IT systems. middot; General office administration duties, as required by the business. middot; Ensuring adherence to all Company Policies Procedures. Skills and Knowledge for a Successful Service Coordinator IT Knowledge ndash; MS Office and CAFM Systems (Maximo) Facilities Management experience Experience of working in financial performance penalties Strong organisation skills and a high attention to detail General knowledge of Intranet services Happy to work as part of a team or under own initiative.
