Responsibilities: Crafting and delivering training and mentorship. Contributing to the broader business services team. Assisting in the growth and support of Payroll apprentices. Strategizing teaching, learning, and mentorship to meet apprenticeship standards. What you will bring: Individuals dedicated to pursuing a career in tutoring and willing to invest time in development for tutoring roles. A highly organized work approach. Effective communication and presentation abilities. A passion for both Payroll and Apprenticeship sectors. A background in Payroll delivery and operations, with robust technical skills capable of keeping pace with legislative curriculum changes.
