Are you ready to lead a dynamic team towards success? KPI Recruiting is seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Recruitment Manager to join our Manchester office. You will be responsible for overseeing and motivating a team of recruitment professionals to achieve and exceed performance targets. Your leadership skills will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth, and guiding the team towards achieving key performance indicators. If you have previous recruitment experience, but don rsquo;t particularly enjoy the sales aspect of the role, then this could be perfect for you! What does the role entail? Build strong and effective relationships with existing clients and new business clients to place candidates into workplaces. Identify and engage with new clients to expand our client base and generate new business opportunities. Maintain up to date knowledge and in-depth expertise of the external recruitment market Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify qualified candidates. Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including interviews, reference checks, and skills assessments, to ensure suitability for client roles. Monitor the quality of all candidates and ensure that the adverts and interviews during recruitment process are of a high standard Fostering a coherent working environment, by providing clear direction, and strong leadership Recognising key motivators in the working environment. Support your team rsquo;s personal development to meet both employees #39; career goals and business objectives. Work closely with the Commercial Director, to implement improvement strategies Ensure the lsquo;sales cycle rsquo; is being followed by the team and report weekly figures Ensure clear communication within the team, by holding team briefings, completing 1:1 rsquo;s with each team member, and monitoring reviews and targets. Monitor KPI rsquo;s within the team to ensure the team are working towards reaching their KPI rsquo;s, and support where needed. Drive sales incentives throughout the team.
