Project manager

Role: Planned Works Project Manager Location: Darford Salary: GBP60,000 - GBP70,000 Plus Package and Car Allowance Our clients planned works division is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join their team at the Dartford office, where they will contribute to the Greenwich contracts. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the safe and profitable delivery of scheme. Key Responsibilities: Developing and implementing detailed programmes and schedules to enable accurate progress monitoring and reporting. Identifying quality expectations and integrating them into the Quality Plan. Ensuring compliance with all statutory regulatory and company requirements for Health and Safety management. Securing and managing the necessary resources efficiently to ensure successful project delivery within specified constraints. Facilitating a seamless handover process for projects, providing support to customers and end-users throughout. Establishing effective communication channels and defining accountabilities for team members. Requirements: Possession of a full driving license.
