Administrator Hinckley Full time | Permanent Monday ndash; Thursday: 9.00am ndash; 5.30pm Fridays 9.00am ndash; 5.00pm Salary Circa GBP24-GBP25k Our Hinckley based design agency clients are looking for a bright and enthusiastic administrator to join the team in a permanent and full time role providing administration support to the busy team of Account Managers. This role requires a competent and organised administrator, with strong skills in office programs including excel but also someone that is a confident communicator both internally with colleagues but externally with clients and external providers. Responsibilities: Managing email inbox on behalf of account managers Liaising with clients and internal colleagues where required Adding new job orders onto the system Sending out quotes to customers and chasing any outstanding Scheduling deliveries Updating and maintaining spreadsheets on Excel Sending out imagery to clients using PowerPoint Actioning any additional tasks to support account management team Skills and experience: Previous experience working in a busy, administrative role Confident working in a dynamic, fast paced environment IT proficient, with a good knowledge of MS Excel Self-motivated, with a ldquo;can-do rdquo; approach to any challenge, and a commitment to finding solutions A positive and proactive communicator both internally and externally Good organisation and time-management skills Takes responsibility for own workload and able to prioritise
