The Role GBP25,000 - GBP27,000 Discretionary Annual Bonus Parking on-site Mon - Fri 09:00 AM - 17:00 PM Central Birmingham Main Responsibilities: Sales order processing Provide end to end sales support Handling customer queries (mainly via email) Follow up customer quotations Follow up for payments and customer confirmations Maintain and develop the existing customer database Liaising with external departments and suppliers in UK and Europe to ensure goods are shipped to deadline Coordination of shipments and deliveries Handling and responding promptly to customer enquiries via inbound calls and emails Accurately process customer orders and action amendments accordingly Provide updates to customers regarding progress of orders, any production, delivery, credit or other issues affecting the order Resolve and process required paperwork relating to any invoice, delivery or other queries raised by customers Provide admin support to field sales representatives with occasional attendance at tradeshows as required Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skillsWhat you will need?
