Job Title: Maintenance Manager Location: Liverpool, City Centre Overview: As the next Maintenance Manager for my clients, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel #39;s maintenance activities. You will oversee all maintenance projects, manage preventative maintenance work, and supervise team members to create a safe and pleasant environment for our colleagues, guests, and visitors. Main Responsibilities: People: Create a safe working environment for all team members, ensuring the hotel #39;s fire life safety systems are fully maintained. Ensure all first aid provisions are available for guests and colleagues. Commit to ongoing professional development. Profit: Follow proactive maintenance schedules to reduce the risk of unaccounted repairs. Participate in scheduling annual maintenance agreements with equipment suppliers. Implement energy conservation initiatives. Monitor warranty status and protect hotel equipment through this period. Support departmental stock control. Product: Ensure all technical equipment is always in full working order. Collaborate with contractors and outsourced experts to minimize equipment downtime. Support the hotel #39;s property improvement plans and schedule improvement work in line with business demands. Implement and track property improvement plans to meet the high standards demanded by the brand. Adopt a hands-on maintenance approach. Ensure all work meets company/brand standards.
