Key Responsibilities: Assist in leading the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents. Collaborate with the quantity surveying team to monitor project costs and financial performance. Assist in conducting regular site visits and assessments to ensure accurate progress reporting.Qualifications and Experience: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role within the fit-out or construction industry. Knowledge of quantity surveying practices and principles. Familiarity with Essex construction regulations and standards.Skills and Attributes: Excellent numerical and analytic skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to lead and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
