Infrastructure Business Development Manager Location: Central London, Hybrid working Start Date: ASAP Infrastructure technical sales experience is absolutely essential to be considered for this post *Please note sponsorship is not available for this position* The Business Development Manager will be responsible for spearheading new business sales opportunities, fostering profitable revenue growth from fresh strategic business in alignment with the sales strategy and customer segmentation. You will oversee all newly acquired accounts as well as some existing transactional accounts. Responsibilities: Propel the sales expansion of IaaS solutions, concentrating on cultivating new business avenues Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve objectives while nurturing client partnerships Discern customer requirements, tailor value propositions, and finalise agreements Uphold excellence throughout the sales journey, fostering enduring strategic alliances Actively generate and conclude new business through networking and lead generation Take charge of the complete sales cycle from identification to closure Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teamsRequirements: Proven direct IT Infrastructure sales experience Demonstrated knack for spotting and pursuing fresh business opportunities Proficiency in forging strategic alliances and conducting market research Strong communication skills and understanding of the English language Track record of brokering intricate deals Familiarity with various infrastructure as below; Understanding of Operating Systems - Windows/Linux Virtualization - VMware/CloudStack Network Technology - Cisco/Juniper routing, switching, VPN, load balancing, firewalling Server Technologies - HP, IBM, Dell Demonstrated interest in staying abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes through continuous market research
