Our Douglas-based CSP Client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their busy Corporate Services team. Their team provides services relating to a wide variety of corporate matters, including banking and finance (commercial property, ship and aircraft finance), restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, employment, property and data protection. Reporting to the Associate Director, the Senior Administrator will provide assistance to clients by delivering a range of administration services to a varied portfolio of clients and related entities, managing the related workload to ensure that client requests for actions are responded to within the agreed timeframe. Additionally you will support a strong communication ethos amongst the team and embrace working within a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate for the Senior Administrator role will have: * A minimum 2-3 years in a similar role, preferably within the Private Wealth sector * Understanding of the tax implications of structures under management * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to interact with high profile clients * Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage complex admin processes effectively * Assisting the team with other related tasks
