Production operative

Interaction Recruitment are seeking a Production Operative for our client based in Walsall , Aldridge. Job Duties ndash; able to work from diagrams and instructions to complete agreed tasks ndash; production, in accordance with specifications of insert as applicable ndash; operate equipment safely and in accordance with all instruction and guidelines, including health and safety ndash; wear any Personal Protective Equipment supplied as instructed ndash; follow batch orders ndash; generally monitor the work and work practices being undertaken and completed with testing and checking to identify problems ndash; fix minor issues that may arise with the production line and trouble-shoot when production issues occur ndash; immediately notify Line Manager when production issues occur that cannot be resolved by you ndash; participate in the set up of future production lines and procedures ndash; input data into computer system to record products ndash; ensure that continuous production is maintained wherever possible ndash; undertake equipment inspection, maintenance and cleaning in accordance with instructions ndash; maintain accurate process data/records/documentation associated with your work ndash; carry out planned tasks in accordance with contract requirements and associated systems ndash; carry out tasks within time limits ndash; ensure compliance to quality standards, policies and procedures, codes and legislation including health and safety ndash; immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the organisation and/or its clients/customers to Line Manager ndash; contribute towards the smooth running of the team ndash; responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet budgetary controls ndash; adhere to all organisation policies and procedures Working Hours and Days: - Monday to Friday - (Apply online only) - Overtime may be included Essential Requirements: - Safety Boots - Hi Vis
