About the role: Key Roles Responsibilities: * Maintaining company ledgers * Handling accounts payable and receivable * Ensuring invoices purchase orders are processed and sent out accurately and efficiently * Accurately recording payments * Processing batch payments * Bank reconciliation * Communication with debtors to ensure payment is within terms * Additional admin duties as required Training Progression: Ongoing training will be provided as the job role requires. The Ideal Candidate: Skills Key Attributes: * Previous experience with Xero is preferred but not essential * Previous experience in a similar role * Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service * Good IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular ndash; Outlook Excel * High standard of personal presentation * Confident and friendly telephone manner * Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be prepared to react quickly to tasks in an efficient way whilst having outstanding attention to detail * Flexibility and a can-do attitude This position is for immediate start.
