Job Title: Personal Assistant / Receptionist Sector: Housebuilding Location: Warrington, Cheshire Salary: GBP24,000 Job Type: Permanent A rapidly expanding housebuilder based in the Cheshire area is actively seeking a Personal Assistant / Receptionist to join their North-West division based near Warrington. Due to the busy nature of the business we are looking for somebody who can hit the ground running, so ideally somebody who has done a similar role for a housebuilder or construction company. What the role will involve: * Manage Reception desk, welcoming all colleagues, clients and visitors to the office * Answer the phone, transferring and passing on messages as required in a friendly, professional manner * Provide PA support to CEO and Leadership team as and when required * Support CEO in management of diary * Provide admin support in meetings, providing documents and taking notes * Support Leadership team in preparation of monthly reports * Support communication between stakeholders, Senior Managers wider team Must have: Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel Outlook Strong Communication Skills Proactive approach towards managing work load Confident assertive manner in a corporate environment Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age
