In this role you will lead the team, drive and encourage performance and foster an environment of passion towards the cemeteries and those who visit them. The Grounds Maintenance team #39;s attitude towards the work will elevate the cemetery experience for those in the local Solihull area, and you will be the champion for this. Leading a team of 13 Grounds Maintenance Operatives across 3 sites. Fostering a professional environment within the team.Requirements: Ideally you will have a proven track record of leading a team of gardeners, ensuring all services are delivered to a high horticultural standard. A RHS Level 3 certificate in Horticulture or equivalent is desirable for this role.
