Service Coordinator Responsibilities: As Service Coordinator, you #39;ll be at the heart of our client rsquo;s operations, ensuring seamless service delivery to all customers, while managing engineer rsquo;s diaries. * Accurately manage the engineer rsquo;s diaries and inventory. * Efficiently processing service orders to meet customer requirements. * Coordinating purchase orders with various suppliers to procure necessary parts for service completion. * Dealing with phone and email enquiries. * Building and nurturing relationships with both customers and suppliers to guarantee exceptional service delivery. * Update CRM system accurately. Candidate Requirements: * Previous administration experience * Scheduling experience (desirable) * Strong organisational skills * Attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. * IT literate.
