Buying admin assistant

Ref: 524 Role: Buying Administration Assistant Salary: GBP23,000 - GBP24,000 Location: Tankersley Hours: Monday-Friday Benefits: * Free Onsite Parking * Regular Social Events * 20 days holiday + bank holidays Our client are looking for a hard working individual - used to a fast paced environment and has a sharp eye for detail. Must be able to communicate clearly and work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as able to use own initiative. You #39;ll work closely with colleagues in other departments. Duties: * Sending and receiving samples from suppliers. * Supporting Buying team with general administration, word processing, data entry and filing. * Sending POs to suppliers. * Liaising with the Quality team to ensure all documents have been requested. * Generating critical path report for the Buying team. * Organising samples for all departments across the business. Successful candidate: - * Education - A-Level or equivalent. * Experience of Buying or Buying support roles is desirable. * Excellent working proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. * Good working knowledge of other common Office software such as Word and Outlook * Organised and ability to work to strict deadlines. * Have a can-do attitude. * Experience within a Buying function would be desirable. * Gain an understanding of products within ranges.
