Budget Management: Manage the engineering department budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and projects are cost-efficient. Qualifications: Bachelor #39;s degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in a leadership role within a food manufacturing or related industry. Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering engineering projects. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
