Private client solicitor

A recognised law firm spanning back over a century are currently recruiting an NQ ndash; 3 year qualified Solicitor within their Private Client, Wills, Tax, Trusts and Probate department for their offices close to Cambridge. Supported by a renowned private client team you will be joining a close-knit team that provides clients with high quality legal advice. Within your experience, you would have gained exposure dealing with ndash; * Private Client * Drafting wills * Trusts * Probate * Tax * Preparing Lasting powers of attorney * Advising on general client issues that include Deputyships and other Court of Protection applications. This role is being offered on a full time basis on a hybrid working arrangement, 3 days office based and 2 days from home. This will be considered after completion of probationary period. Salary at NQ level will be around the GBP43,000 mark and for more experienced lawyers, this will be higher and dependent on experience. More qualified candidates will certainly be considered as this firm are going through a period of growth.
