You will be working in a purpose-built property with state-of-the-art facilities designed to support individuals with residential and dementia care needs. You will be working for a charitable organisation who put the needs of the 68 residents and its staff first, this home is rated at Good by the CQC (2016), whose person-centred approach to care relies on the dedication and passion of our employees, who we expect to go the extra mile to improve the home experience and generate a relaxed and informal community within our homes. We have the following permanent contracts available ndash; middot; Senior Care Assistant ndash; Nights 38.5 or 44 Hrs - GBP14.15 per hour ( 3 on 3 off or 4 shifts a week, typically 7pm-7am. which involves every other weekend being worked). middot; Senior Care Assistant ndash; Days 38.5 Hrs - GBP14.15 per hour ( 3 on 3 off shifts, typically 7am-7pm. which involves every other weekend being worked). Key Responsibilities middot; To provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive. middot; To supervise and lead the team of Care Assistants. Person specification middot; 2 Years minimum experience of working in a social care environment is essential. middot; NVQ Level 2 Minimum in Health and Social Care, must be a UK qualification
