Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages the social and emotional development of all students. Monitor and record progress, adapting strategies to meet the evolving needs of each student. Act as a liaison between parents, teachers, and other support staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.Requirements for our SEN Teaching Assistant: Previous experience working with children with SEN is desirable. A genuine passion for supporting the educational and personal development of students with diverse needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
