Implement strategies outlined in Educational Healthcare and Behaviour plans to support students #39; progress and achievement. Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support for students with SEN.Qualifications and Skills for an SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant: Previous experience working with students with special educational needs, preferably within a school environment. Possession of a relevant qualification such as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant certificate or equivalent. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of students with SEN.
