Skills and Knowledge of a Teaching Assistant: Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated sensitivity and understanding for fostering positive relationships with children. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively motivate and engage children in the learning process. Active listening skills to comprehend and respond to the individual needs of children. Emotional Resilience: Patience and the ability to remain calm in challenging or stressful situations.
