Conduct assessments to identify students #39; strengths and areas for growth. Participate in meetings to discuss student progress and support strategies.Qualifications for a SEN Teaching Assistant: Bachelor #39;s degree in psychology or related field. Knowledge of developmental psychology, counselling techniques, and behaviour management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
