Bid Manager. Manchester. GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 (experience dependant). DKF are excited to be representing a national award-winning Asbestos Abatement Contractor who are on the lookout for a Bid Manager to join their team. With over 30 years rsquo; experience they regularly complete projects within a variety of sectors including retail, higher education, leisure, local authorities, the NHS, etc. The Bid Manager role will involve working closely with our client rsquo;s higher management team. This is an office-based role, working Monday ndash; Friday, 8:30am ndash; 5:00pm. What your core responsibilities would be: * Identification and completion of public sector PQQ #39;s/Tenders. * Management and updating of H S accreditation #39;s i.e. CHAS, Constructionline. * Provide Estimating teams with supporting documents for private sector, high profile bids. * Administration required to maintain a library of supporting information. * Production and submission of requests for information from clients. * Maintaining approved list status by providing clients with up-to-date information i.e. licences/insurances. * Production of high-quality case studies to support future bids. * Preparation and submission of documentation for Asbestos Licence Renewal. * Maintenance of HSEQ Management System and ISO certification * Arrangement and undertaking of external Management System accreditation audits. * Annual review of compliance registers and programmes. To be considered for the Bid Manager role you must meet the following criteria: * Construction experience would be an advantage but isn rsquo;t essential. * Experience dealing with management systems. * The ability to communicate at an advanced technical level with clients, management, and other colleagues. * Must be IT literate. * Good communication, literacy, and organisational skills. * Proactive, can-do attitude.
