The Role: As a CNC Miller / Turner, you will play a pivotal role in setting up and operating CNC machinery while collaborating with offline programmers. Training will be offered as needed. Requirements: bull; Previously worked as a CNC Miller, CNC Turner or in a similar role. bull; Demonstrated experience in setting and operating 3 5 Axis CNC mills and lathes. bull; Familiarity with Fanuc, Mazatrol, and Heidenhain control systems. bull; Understanding of interpreting engineering drawings. bull; Knowledgeable in calculating appropriate speeds and feeds for different materials. bull; Skilled in using various measurement equipment such as Verniers and Bore Micrometers. bull; Ability to adjust tool compensations as required. bull; Experience with offline CAM programming and TNC control programming would be beneficial.
