Accounting and Systems Manager - Charity Experience Required - Central London / Hybrid Working - GBP40k-GBP45k We rsquo;re looking for a qualified Accountant, with experience working in the charity sector and solid knowledge of financial systems, to join a successful organisation in Central London as their Accounting and Systems Manager. The Accounting and Systems Manager will be responsible for managing the accurate recording of accounts, producing the charity rsquo;s subsidiary financial statements, coordinating VAT and Corporation tax returns and developing, maintaining and implementing all of the financial systems. In a nutshell: We rsquo;re looking for a CCAB, ACA or ACCA qualified Accountant with demonstrable understanding and experience of managing a charity rsquo;s accounts. Key responsibilities as the Accounting and Systems Manager will include: * Producing the charity rsquo;s subsidiary accounts and supporting the production of consolidated accounts * Preparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns * Administering the investment portfolio, grant and scholarship programmes and fund accounting processes * Producing all reconciliations for the charity including group intracompany balances * Reviewing the age debtors and creditors reports * Maintaining and developing financial systems * Managing the administration of bank and investment accounts * Developing and maintaining financial polices, systems and processes, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements * Leading on cashflow monitoring and reporting * Line management of a Finance Administrator And more What we rsquo;re looking for: * CCAB, ACA or ACCA qualified * Demonstrable experience in a similar role with deep knowledge and understanding of managing charity rsquo;s accounts * Experienced in managing financial systems * Excellent MS skills including advanced Excel * Experienced in using Dynamics 365 Business Central * Confident and effective communication skills with a diplomatic nature and the ability to liaise at all levels * Proactive problem-solver with commercial acumen * Line management experience / capabilities Interested in this Accounting Systems Manager role?
