The successful candidate will have post qualification experience especially on RIBA work stages 4 and 5, hold technical expertise in industry standard software and have comprehensive knowledge of current building regulations. Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician: Relevant post qualification experience in the UK A degree in architectural technology or similar HND/HNC Technical expertise in Revit is essential as well as other industry standard software Experience working in a range of sectors ideally residential and hotels A passionate and self-motivated approach to work and professional development Work well both independently and in a team Positive and proactive attitude Excellent communication skills Keen eye for detail Good working knowledge of up-to-date building regulations Live locally to the Manchester area Interested in this or other roles in Architecture.
